Create a Worksheet
– opens a blank workspace ready for you to add text and images.
Load a Worksheet – if you’ve previously saved a worksheet, you can access it again using this option.
Load Template – offers a number of pre-designed Worksheets for you to work with. Feel free to redesign any of these templates.
Exit - quits the application.

Using the Toolbox

The main design interface includes the toolbox on the left hand side. An explanation of each of the tools is listed below:

Select Tool – selects an element to manipulate within your workspace.

Square Tool / Ellipse Tool / Line Tool – enables you to add a shape or straight line onto your design. Use the sub-menu to change the line width or colour. Simply drag the dots to increase or decrease the size.

Text Tool – selecting this tool allows you to add text to your design. The font, size and colour can be determined using the pop-up box.



Image Browser
– choose from hundreds of Harry Potter characters, objects and scenes or even import your own image*. Simply select a category and click on the image you require for your design.

Manipulating an image



To resize: Simply click on one of the corners and drag to your preferred size.
To rotate: Click on the arrows in the corner of the image and drag your mouse to rotate the image.
To move the image: Click and drag the image you wish to move within the frame.
To change the layer order: Right-clicking your mouse button over an image enables you to move the image to the front or the back of your design.

How to import your own images
After selecting the " Image Browser " click the "Import" button on the bottom-left:
You can import .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .png files only.

Saving your designs
Once you are happy with your Worksheet, or if you would like to work on your design at another time, make sure you save it using the File – Save As... option at the top of the screen.

Printing your designs
Click on the File menu at the top of the screen, then select Print.
